Project inquiries

When you select Send, the form sends your name, email, phone number, business, trade, request type, optional website and project details to Az-Uplink through Firebase. Requests and your permission to follow up are stored privately in Google Cloud Firestore. Manuel can review them and contact you about your request. A confirmation appears only after the server accepts the request. Submitting does not make a payment, book work or automatically activate services. The form does not send an email notification; requests are reviewed in Firestore. Technical information may be processed for spam prevention, rate limits and optional Firebase App Check verification. You can download a copy of your brief to your device. Do not include passwords, card details or sensitive information. Contact Manuel to ask about your submitted information.

Consultation bookings

The consultation form checks live availability and sends your name, email, phone number, selected date and time, discussion notes, and contact permission to Az-Uplink through Firebase. A reservation is confirmed only after the server accepts it and returns the matching time. Manuel can review it in the authorized Connect owner workspace. Appointments are stored privately in Firestore. No automatic email, reminder, or external calendar sync is connected. You may download a calendar file to your device. Contact Manuel to change or cancel a booking.

Checklist progress

The SEO checklist stores selected checks in this browser’s local storage. That progress is not sent to Az-Uplink and does not sync across devices. Use Reset progress or clear your browser’s site data to remove it. Exported files are saved to your device at your request.

Analytics and consent

Google Analytics tracking is not activated on this website. If optional analytics is added, this notice and the relevant consent choices will be updated before collection starts. Project form contents are not sent to Analytics.

AI website guide

Link helps you explore Az-Uplink’s services and resources. When its Google connection is active, questions you choose to send, the current page, and recent messages in this chat are processed through Firebase AI Logic and Google Gemini to generate a response. Do not share passwords, payment details, or sensitive information. Responses can be inaccurate; confirm project details directly with Manuel. Link can guide you to the consultation booking form. You review and submit that form yourself; Link cannot claim a booking succeeded or submit an inquiry for you.

Az-Uplink does not save chat transcripts to a database. Conversation context is held in memory in this tab and cleared when you reload, navigate to another page, or choose New chat. Google may process requests under its applicable service terms and privacy policies. Firebase App Check uses reCAPTCHA Enterprise to protect the AI connection; Google may process technical and device information for abuse prevention when you use the connected guide. The guide sends questions to Google only when you choose to use the connected guide.

Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. When payment links are connected, checkout takes place on Stripe. Stripe processes the billing and payment details you provide there; this website does not collect card numbers. Presence Maintenance + Marketing is a recurring monthly subscription with a $299/month base price. Confirm your chosen package, included work, usage allowances, and additional costs with Manuel before paying.

When checkout is enabled, Az-Uplink keeps private billing records in Google Cloud Firestore to confirm payments and support billing: Stripe event, customer, payment, invoice and subscription identifiers; amounts and currency; and payment or subscription status observations. The webhook records exclude names, email addresses, addresses and card details. Access is restricted to server processes and authorized operators. A payment does not automatically activate services or start project work; Manuel confirms the project arrangements with you. Contact Manuel about questions concerning these billing records.

Hosting and external links

Firebase Hosting serves this website. Google may process standard technical request information to operate and secure hosting. External resources, including Google tools, have their own privacy policies. Phone and email links use the applications configured on your device.
