Who we are

AZ Uplink is a website design and repair service based in the Phoenix, Arizona metro area, serving tradespeople — plumbers, electricians, painters, landscapers, and similar businesses. AZ Uplink is available 24/7 by phone and email. By hiring AZ Uplink or using azuplink.online, you agree to these terms.

Our services

AZ Uplink offers the following, at the prices in effect when you place your order:

Quick Fix — one-time repair of an existing website$99
Presence Starter — a new starter website$399
Presence Complete — a full website build$599
Growth Marketing — ongoing marketing support$249/mo

Exact scope for each service is confirmed with you before work begins.

Payment

One-time services are billed at the price agreed when you order. Growth Marketing is billed monthly and continues until you cancel. Prices may change for future orders; any change won't affect a project already underway.

Text messaging (SMS) program

If you opt in to text messages from AZ Uplink, you'll receive messages about your project status, appointment or job updates, invoice or account notices, and promotional offers about our services — for example, discounts or plans like Growth Marketing. Message frequency varies — you'll be texted when there's something relevant to your account, plus occasional promotions, not on a fixed schedule.

Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the information tied to your opt-in.

Your website & content

Once a project is paid in full, the website we build for you is yours to use. You're responsible for making sure any photos, logos, or text you give us to use are yours to use. We may showcase completed projects in our own portfolio unless you ask us not to.

No guaranteed results

We build and maintain your website with care, but we can't guarantee specific outcomes like search rankings, lead volume, or sales — those depend on many factors outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, AZ Uplink's liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost business.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.
